The taxi service is solely for transferring passengers.
Area may exceed operation due to contract or emergency services.
LOCATION
Where passengers fail to show for any reason at the location and time for which the service is booked, Townsville Water Taxis reserves the right to wait for a maximum of 15 minutes where possible, before deeming the booking to have been cancelled.
WEATHER WARNING
If a gale weather warning is issued for CARDWELL to BOWEN by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, Water Taxi reserves the right to cancel any water taxi bookings if the Captain deems it to be unsafe to travel.
